Our Onecom Partners launch event was last week. We hosted over 120 Partners in the impressive Pavilion at Vodafone HQ in Newbury, to celebrate the Onecom Partners Launch event.
Speakers on the day included Martin Flick, CEO of Onecom Group, who provided an overview of Onecom as well as Richard Horner, Head of Vodafone Partner Services at Vodafone Business and Ker Anderson, Vodafone Head of Radio & Performance, who shared Vodafone's strategy, network investment and the technology trends they are seeing in the market.
Our Managing Director, Adam Cathcart, shared an overview of our strategy prior to the management team delivering updates across our core product lines of mobility, connectivity, voice and valued added services. We were then privileged to be joined by our guest speaker, Jason Robinson OBE, who then took to the stage to share his journey and discuss the 'Power of Partnerships'.
It would be remiss not to remark on the sad events late Thursday afternoon regarding the passing of Her Majesty The Queen. The Queen’s dedication to her duty will always be remembered and our thoughts are with The Royal Family at this difficult time. It made Jason Robinson's talk even more poignant as he shared photos, before news broke, on screen of meeting Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace after leading England to World Cup Victory.
