For our first Meet the Team feature of 2023 we would like to introduce you to our Virtual Office Team Leader, Marcus Scott. “I’ve been a member of the Virtual Office team at Onecom Partners since September 2016 and have had the pleasure of working on behalf of some great Partners in that time. Being a part of our Virtual Office team offers an extremely diverse day-to-day working experience as we provide call handling and customer service in the name of our Partners, so no day is alike. Over time, Partners who are subscribed to the service really do end up being as close as colleagues, the relationships we build with their internal teams continue to get stronger and stronger as we work together.
Outside of my work life, I play the accordion in a folk band playing for European traditional dancing, I am lucky to have fantastic opportunities to play alongside some high-profile musicians and have toured around the UK from Todmorden in Yorkshire to Brighton and from St Fagans in Wales to Hollingbourne in Kent. I love playing gigs and meeting different people along the way, the band I play in is currently working on its first album, hopefully for release in late 2023!
