COVID-19 - Partner Update 6, 24th April

We continue to work closely with industry bodies to understand the initiatives which are being introduced as a result of the COVID-19 crisis.

While we continue to work with Openreach on the detail, we request that Partners hold off from taking any immediate action, until the processes and requirements are fully refined by them.

We are committed to introducing these new initiatives promptly, so that you’re equipped to pass them on to your customers. Following recent discussions, Openreach have been asked to simplify how this will work in practical terms.

Mobile update

We are pleased to advise that there will be no RPI increase to O2 connections in 2020.

For Vodafone, any potential changes will be reviewed in the coming weeks. We’ll update you as soon as more information is available.
