Our Free to Perform ethos doesn’t stop at supporting Partners. We also make sure the 9 team are rewarded and free to have fun. 9’s Partner division recently held its annual staff summer BBQ.
Burgers were sizzling, piñatas were swinging and the whole team were mingling!
At 9, we really see the value in being able to have fun. We appreciate that our team is our most important asset and that happiness and relationships in the workplace help us to create an enjoyable working environment.
We’re lucky enough to be based right next to the canal in rural Gloucestershire, so the setting was made. We had caterers, Little Retro Kitchen, join us to cook up a storm for the 9 team after a usual day of working hard.
