As the year draws to an end, we want to introduce you to our amazing Billing Services Manager, Jade. Read on to find out a little bit more about Jade and her role at Onecom Partners and what she gets up to in her spare time.
“I started working life in the Banking world which is where my customer service journey began, and I realised providing excellent customer experience is something that I am really passionate about.
I joined the Bureau Billing Team at Onecom Partners in September 2010 as a Bureau Partner Service Advisor which was an exciting new challenge for me. Upon joining the business, I knew right away that it was a company that valued its staff and instantly enjoyed working in an office environment where my colleagues were so welcoming.
I find myself now, 12 years in, still excited by my role in the Billing Team as I love the number crunching and problem-solving that I do on a daily basis.
Outside of work, I welcomed my first child in January 2017 so took a year out and always hoped I could juggle mum/work life to return after. My second child was born in April 2021 and now my weekends are filled taxiing for the children with ballet drop-offs, swimming lessons and playdates.
I do also enjoy a countryside walk with a coffee shop stop, home improvements and fizz with friends and family.
I am a qualified hairdresser too and am sometimes collared into the occasional haircut.
As I am Christmas-mad, December is a great month for me to be featured on the blog. Merry Chrimbo everyone!”
