Our Connectivity Team oversee a diverse set of products and services, including mobile, WLR, leased lines and of course broadband. They're here to assist with placing new orders, helping with Partner queries, and providing additional support whenever needed.
Team Leader Lauren has 8 years of experience at Onecom Partners and has a deep knowledge of all our products, which
she uses to support our Partners and her team.
“My role is to ensure that we are all working towards the same goal and that everyone in the team has the knowledge and resources they need to provide the best possible service to our Partners.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family and am also kept busy by my 2-year-old son and our Labrador Bertie.”
Our Senior Partner Support Advisor, Bethany is our longest-serving member of the team and has over 8 years of experience and product knowledge which she uses to support in training and upskilling other members of the connectivity team.
“I primarily work as our Data expert managing leased lines queries, second to this I support Lauren with product support and bridging the gap with the team in her absence.
In my spare time I am an avid gym goer and enjoy winding my evenings down by cross stitching and listening to a Dungeons and Dragons podcast!”
Bekki is our Mobile guru and is currently working towards taking a more senior role in the team. She runs a vital area of the business that is our tuck shop and ensures that everyone is well-fuelled to tackle their day!
“I predominantly work on the mobile product, I started back in November 2019 and I am currently working towards my senior status. I have knowledge of WLR and Broadband, so I’m able to help wherever I am needed.
Away from work, I enjoy going to festivals with friends. I own a camper van, so we travel quite a lot and the last destination I travelled to was Portugal. I like to be outdoors enjoying the sun, or likely the rain this year!"
Loren is a key member of the team as her product knowledge spans across all areas which allows her to be flexible and support wherever her expertise is most needed. Loren is our most recent senior member of the team and part of the Onecom Partners Social Committee!
“I am multi skilled across the team and enjoy how versatile my day-to-day tasks are because of this. I enjoy helping our Partners with their queries, whether they are big or small. I have also recently been working towards becoming a senior member of the Connectivity Team, which I have just achieved and I am now continuing to build on the wide variety of knowledge that I have gained over 4 years at Onecom Partners.
Outside of work I have a Cockapoo named Mylo who is 5 years old and still acts like a 10-week-old puppy. He is always keeping me on my toes by playing with his favourite toys and hiding treats around the house. However, he does like his chill time on an evening when we will cuddle up on the sofa under a blanket and watch a Marvel film or 3.”
Ashleigh is one of our Data Specialists and is currently taking on the Mobile product. She has previously worked in the Onecom Partners IP Voice Team, and luckily for us she decided to bring her experience to Connectivity!
“I am part of the Connectivity Team as a Partner Support Advisor. I am originally from South Africa but have moved between SA, the USA and UK since the age of 11. I am a Mum to a son, so much of my spare time is either spent with him or doing things for him, like finding socks and Play Station controllers. I enjoy being by the ocean and love a good book!"
Next we have Neve our WLR maestro, as we are approaching the WLR stop sell Neve is busy assisting with our Broadband queries.
“My main focuses within the team are WLR Repair & Provide and Broadband. I live with my boyfriend and two cats and am currently buying a house. I enjoy playing video games and baking!”
Lauren Koloda is one of our newer staff members and has quickly become a vital member of the Connectivity Team, managing our Broadband product queries.
“I primarily manage broadband queries, faults, and new orders for partners. I like to read and play games on my PC in my spare time.”
Elena joined us a few weeks ago and is settling in very quickly, she brings a vast experience in customer service which will be key in her role with us.
“It is my third week in the company, currently I am going through training, I am learning a lot of new things about the company’s products and services and am getting great support from my team.
Outside of work I like to meet with friends, cycling, and travel across the country. I love learning about the history of the places I visit. I spend my evenings reading books, I like Arthur Conan Doyle, Agatha Christie and Charles Dickens.”
