Action Required: Archive Scheduler Update

As part of the Version 6 upgrade, changes are being made to the Archive Scheduler.

All customers using the Archive Scheduler must complete the required update activities by following the instructions below.

Failure to complete these actions may impact scheduled archive processes following the platform upgrade.

Upgrading Archive Client from V5.4 to V6

Follow these steps to upgrade your Archive Scheduler client to V6:

Step 1: Download the Client

  • Log in to your portal
  • Open the drop-down menu in the top-right corner and select Client Tools

  • Locate Archive Scheduler and download the installer for the newest version

Step 2: Run the Installer

  • Launch the downloaded installer and complete the setup wizard

Step 3: Verify Settings and Connection

  • Once installation completes, open the application and navigate to Modules > Archive Scheduler
  • If your storage path does not display automatically, click Edit Settings and re-enter the path where your archive files should be saved
  • Click Save
  • Confirm that the client status displays as Connected
