Hi Jack, tell us how the relationship between Cyb3r and Onecom Partners began.

Our relationship with Onecom Partners began when we first created the company. I've been working with the group for over 10 years and I've always maintained this partnership, even as I moved on to different businesses. Cyb3r has been a part of this relationship for 4.5 years, and we've worked closely with them from day one.

How has the relationship with Onecom Partners supported your business’ growth?

Onecom Partners has been a fantastic support for our business growth. They've always been able to deliver on our technical requirements and provide us with hands on operational support which has been invaluable throughout our journey. Recently we have completed an exercise which focused on aligning our business goals, ensuring our partnership is mutually growing in the same direction.

They also provide support with our business planning and strategy, which is followed up by bespoke marketing to drive new business sales and cross-selling opportunities.

How are you preparing Cyb3r for the WLR switch-off?

We're actively working with Onecom Partners to prepare for the WLR switch-off. This involves upgrading broadband connections, delivering leased line solutions and migrating customers from traditional services to hosted solutions. The Onecom Partners team have been engaged throughout the complete process, helping with planning and the implementation of the migrations.
