At 9 we realise the difference between each of our individual Partners. Although our Partners can often be selling the same products, it’s their unique services and personalities that gains their customers’ trust. This needs to be reflected in everything they do.
Our Marketing and Sales teams communicate and work in collaboration to offer our Partners the utmost support they need in order to succeed. That success often comes from facilitating Partners to sell and our Marketing team are dedicated to creating content that unmasks new opportunities and generates sales for Partners.
Recently the team have worked with our Partner, Redline Telecom, to offer a bespoke social media campaign to help promote and sell our hosted IP telephony solution. Redline Telecom wanted support to maximise the opportunities that social media can present when used to efficiently communicate.
The Marketing team supported Redline by producing a bespoke campaign based on the feedback Redline provided on why their customers value the product and what they think are the real solutions and benefits that it offers.
The team then set to work to create content that cut through the jargon, offered a solution to end users and saved Redline time so they can get on with the important stuff; selling.

Our team don’t just provide Partners with content and expect them to use it. We like to provide them with as much information as they need to execute campaigns to create maximum impact. I spoke to Redline to ensure they were confident with the campaign, what its aims are and what it should deliver. I also provided them with advice on how they can use social media to target potential new customers.
Content created included a series of social media graphics and written posts for different platforms – enough to last them for weeks!
9’s support for this campaign was much appreciated and we have set to work with implementing it.
